After removing the old gutters, fascia, soffit, and more, all new vented LP soffit was installed. All new LP fascia was installed, with new sub fascia as well.
Customer had an overlay that was put on when he built his house almost 15 years ago. Being a West facing door, it got excessive sun and elements throughout the years. It cause the cedar to expand, take in moisture, and break off the garage door.
